Default 911 Radio Fuse

I had a dead battery and when I recharged everything worked fine but the radio. It is completely dead. I replaced the fuse in the side box (D8 and D9) and it's still completely dead. Does anyone know if there is an in-line fuse behind the radio that may have blown or any other suggestions? If there is one, what is the easiest way to get to it?

Thanks for the help.
