HI

I have just bought a 993 C2 Tip.

Should a warning light come up on the dash when the handbrake is pulled up ?
I drove around the block with the handbrake up and there was no light on the dash is
this normal ?

Also when selecting a gear should you press the button on the top of the lever or is that only
for reverse?

Hi Mani, first off, may I welcome you to the forum?

The warning light with the ! symbol should be lit once the handbrake is applied.

I'm not sure about the button on the gear stick, be I would have thought that it was only to select reverse gear.

Do you not have the drivers manual? It should tell you in there.
