Hello all,
I am a complete Porsche nOOb. I have always admired the 911's from afar, but realizing it was something out of my reach. After years of settling for Hondas, MINIs, and the occasional Saturn I have decided enough is enough. I am now officially in the market for a 911. But, which flavor? I have decided that the 996 is the way to go, but is it the right model for a newbie? I don't know, please let me know.
I am aware of the maintenance costs and realize this is like no car I have had before.
