Default Battery

I'm looking for a replacement battery for 2002 996 Carrera 4S. My car has been in the garage all winter and the battery will not hold a charge. Any recomendations?

Would the Interstate MTP-93 be better since is has more Cold Crank Amps?

Never used the Interstate. Got a lot of good reviews on the Odyssey. More craking amps doesn't mean its a better battery.

Yeah, also look at the warrantly of the battery, particularly if you store the car for long winters. Unless you have a trickle charger/maintainer, you'll go through batteries faster than normal.

Long term storage will definetly wear your battery down faster. I drive mine a few times a week so I don't have that problem The Odyssey has good reviews.

The biggest job a battery has to do is get the engine started, so any battery that delivers better cold cranking power is the one you need, especially if you have cold winters.

That was what I was thinking. Especially since I live in New England.

Has anyone heard reviews on the ctek 3300 trickle charger?
