Battery problems with 1987 911 turbo
Well, assuming battery and alternator and charging system controls are good, then you the first suspect is that you have something draining it, or most of it, while it is sitting idle.
You can take it to a shop that can try to find it or you can try to track the culprit down yourself. I guess my take would be: if you know enough to know how you would do that then you are probably okay taking on that job, but it is tedious, boring, you need a good wiring diagram and a lot of attention to detail, and it often takes quite a while.
Years ago when I had a similar problem I confirmed it this way: when I parked the car I disconnected the ground terminal from the battery and left the car like that, then reconnected only when I wanted to drive the thing. A pain, but two week sof doing that without problems confirmed I had something staying on when the car was parked. Then it was just that job of tracking down which circuit and what device.
