I'm sure most of you've heard this several times. I bougth my Black/Black 2006 Carrera S Cabrio on tuesday feb 28th and on sunday morning (5 days later) my head lights were gone. My concern is that they were stolen @ my apartment complex and I'm affraid that they are going to come back after I replace them. Any advise????

 

I am sorry for you. How did they steal the headlights? Don't you have to go in thru the trunk to get them? If not, did they wreck anything on the car?

As for them coming back to steal your new ones, well that is a definite possibility. If stealing the first ones was easy, they would think the next ones would be easy too.

As for what to do next, I would look into renting a garage in the immediate area. If thats not possible, is there any parking in the complex that would place the car under a light and be easier for people to see?

They left scratches on the bumper and also on the right fender, I'm talking to the management to reinforce security and to change my parking space. Im also considering adding an alarm. I'ts so ironic that I grew up in Mexico City and nothing ever happend to me or my cars. Now I live in Miami and this happens!! Crazy world!
