Default First Porsche
Hello all,

Just purchased my first 911 (2003 c4 convertible). Unbelievable! Why did I wait so long. You actually get to drive this car and have it respond to you. I have the tiptronic which I'm still getting used to. Can anyone out there that can tell me how to get the most out of the tiptronic? Also, automatic mode (D) seems very tame as you're switching into 4 gear at 30 mph when not driving hard.

Got my first in August.

Do you miss 'real' shifting?

I loved test driving tiptronic cars....very race-car like I guess.
