Default Hawking Ceramic Brake Pads - Yes/No?

I'm thinking about putting ceramic brake pads on the rear axle. Motivation is less break dust than OEM pads. Is anybody running ceramic? If so, do you like them? Are they louder than OEM pads? Heat issues? Thx!
