Help.. Location of the horns on a '07 997?

One of my horns has stopped working. Can someone please tell me where the horns are placed and how to get to them?? I have a 2007 Targa 4. Thanks in advance..

They are on the passenger side behind the front bumper. I don't think you can get to them without pulling the front bumper cover.
