Well, when it comes to engine, power, etc, it depends on exactly which models you are talking about.

Looks? Well, thats a personal thing. The only significant development (looks wise) between a early 2001 model and a 2002 model would be the that in late 2001 to date the Turbo headlights became standard across the range.
