Default Maintenance Service 45k or 60k?

I have a 2002 911 Carrera Cab with 40k miles. My last minor service was completed at 30k miles and I have since had 2 oil changes. I spoke to my dealership inquiring about the next service and they recommended that I get the major tune-up ($1100) rather than the minor tune-up at 45k miles. What should I do?
