newbie with cabriolet top question

Default newbie with cabriolet top question
Have a 2001 cab with a rear window that has lots of micro scratches. Scratches cause lots of glare in the sunlight. Can this vinyl window be replaced? It appears to be glued in. Or do I need to replace the entire top? Any coatings available to minimize the scratches? Thanks
