Price on 87 911?

Price on 87 911?
Hey guys Im new here. I may be a new 911 owner by tomorrow. I saw a 87 911 in pretty good condtion with the turbo tail even though its not a turbo. Its a 5 speed manual and has 99k miles on it. Theyre asking 11k for it. Is this a good price? Kelly blue book values it a around 16k. Thanks for any help.

Go to www.edmunds.com / used cars and punch in all the info on the car to get True Value Pricing (TVP).
