Default Smoke

I rebuilt the top end of my '80 911SC about 40000klms ago but sometimes theres a puff of smoke at start up and alot if left idling when hot. Found quite a bit of oil in intake to oil filler neck hose. Is there an EGR valve or could the 2 breather hoses be the wrong way around, HELP?

Default RE: Smoke

The puff of smoke at the start up is normal for just about all Porsche... Dont know why it would smoke after idling.. Mine will smoke for a good 5 to 10 mins if i dont start if for a week or so.
