Default Turn Signal issue

I own a 1999 porsche 911 ( 996 obviously) C2, recently the left turn signal has stopped working, it works for turning right, I figured maybe the bulb was out, so i turned on the hazards and everything lights up fine.

I figure it has to do with the manual switch being out, i was wondering what is takes to replace this, i assume it's a worn out diode.

Think it's something i can just fix myself? Also any idea what part i'd need?

Anyways 1st time here, i plan on checking in more often!

Also how come there's hardly any threads availible to view? Seems like a lot were deleteD?
