Default Weird clutch issue

When I first get in the car and press down the clutch to start, the clutch is very hard to push. Then, after it starts, it gets much easier. But, even while running, sometimes it will push smoothly and sometimes it will have sort of a "rough spot" about 3/4 of the way down.

I realize the clutch has a pump. But, I never noticed it was this hard to push before. Also, never noticed an intermittent rough spot.

Any ideas?

It would help to provide some basic info, like what year, model, mileage, any mods, etc.

You need a new clutch hydraulic accumulator. It is about $125 and an hour to replace.
