I'm looking at buying a 1980 928 this car looks really nice but the only thing thats wrong with it is that its stuck in neutal.

I'm asking anyone with knowlege to please tell me all the possiblities that might keep it that way and how much from the cheapest to the most expensive it would cost to fix
