With engine idle, removing # 1 and # 4 injector plug causes no difference in running.

I had already tried soaking the injectors.

I have
12v with key on.
A steady noid light with engine idle. (I cant check 2 or 3 because it wont run on one Cly for me)

3 Questions

( Is the noid light supposed to blink?)
Could ref sensor still be out of adjustment? (or would it not run at all if out of adj)
What else should I check?
