Question 951 holley carburetor jet

has anyone ever shimmed the carburetor jet on the turbo to bring the boost up?

No carburetor on a 951, they are fuel injected. Do you mean shimming the wastegate?

you should be able to shim the wastegate to increase the boost?

My advice is to buy a proper set of chips and a manual boost controller and do it that way. If you increase the boost, and don't increase the fuel, you are going to have problems.
