Default basic mant for 944 turbo

Hi, just wondering if you guys could list some basic maintenance items for the 1988 944 turbo. I'm new the porsche world so be nice...
I'm looking at buying a 1988 944 turbo and would like to be able to ask the guy if the basic maintenance stuff has been taken care of and know if he's mentioning it all.

The big ticket items:

Waterpump, Timing and balance shaft belt, front engine seals, and rollers: 10 hours labor and $650 in parts or so (This must have been done within the last 2-3 years or 30k miles). I wouldn't trust a belt over 4 years old, no matter the mileage.
Clutch: 20 hours labor, and about $800 in parts
Motor Mounts: 4 hours and about $250 in parts
Rod Bearings: 14 hours and about $150 in parts (if the car is over 125k miles or so)

Then there is smaller stuff like CV axle joints, front and rear wheel bearings, brakes, master/slave clutch cylinders, control arm ball joints, etc.

Also if you are thinking about buying, look in the battery compartment.Check for rust and holes if that area leaks it usually ruins the DME Control Unit.
