does anyone have any wiring diagrams for a 1986 944 need to trace some wire I have a starting problem if I jump the dme relay it starts fine please help zoeynicoles@gmail.com

 

If you jump the DME relay it starts? Sounds like a bad DME relay. It is a known issue.

 

no it's not the relay if I jump pin 86 it will start a run fine tried two other relays take from a working 944 no different but my horn keeps going off in the middle of the night would this be s problem with a starter kill on factory alarm system

 

and I was right I removed the alarm box and it was filled with water now I just need to bypass it and we are good to go

 

fixed bypass the alarm
