Default Mystery Leak Help!

Hi Everyone,

New to the forum...just got a 944 Turbo, and have had it in the shop for 3 out of the last four weeks. First was the PPI (came up clean), then a standard oil service, and yesterday to repair the fuel gauge and replace the winshield washer valve. Planned all around. Went out and drove around after leaving the dealership yesterday for a bit, and a few hours after parking the car, found this small blotch of oil under the right front tire area.

Any ideas what this might be and if I should be concerned?

Thanks!

Could be a lot of things. You are going to have to start poking around the engine and see if you can isolate it.

How's your A/C doing? This is an area where the A/C reservoir is and some hydraulic lines. I'd look at the oil and see if it's engine, power steering (red) fluid or A/C oil. That'll give you a clue where to look next.

The AC and it's lines are on the drivers side (US), not the passenger side as shown. PS reservoir and lines are over there, power steering rack, cam tower, oil cooler, radiator, waterpump, front seals, etc....all drain to the passenger side.
