I'm with Tigger, it's his car and he can do anything he wants to it. What might look good to him, might not look good to you and vice versa. This forum should not be a place where someone gets blasted like that over a non-blasting post.

Can you go over in more detail about this carpet removal and renewing process. Also what shops do this type of thing?

I've never replaced the carpet in a Porsche yet, but I hear that Porsche really glued their carpets in well....so good luck!
