Would you believe it? I have lost the key for my Porsche 944. The car is unlocked but garaged. Is there any way that I can open the tailgate from inside the car without the key?

I have lost the only key for my 1987 944.
I have bought a complete set of locks off ebay that I need to install.
I am currently trying to remove the ignition switch from the steering column.
I have got to the point where I need to remove the two vertical bolts from the clamp that gors round the steering column.
The workshop manual says insert an Allen key and remove the two bolts.
However, yhe bolts on my car are "blind" bolts. They may be Allen bolts with something filling the concave hexagon. Does any one know how I remove these bolts. Any advice would be appreciated
