Default Porsche Resources (Parts & "How To" instructions)

People are always asking where they can find this or that part. I also see lots of questions asking how to fix one minor problem or another. Lets make a list of good resources.

Parts:
Easy European Auto Salvage Yard - New and used Porsche (only) Parts. They have been around for years and have everything for about every model ever made.
Parts Heaven - New and used Porsche (only) Parts. They have been around since '84 they have a huge selection of new and used parts for all models.

I like these these salvage yards, even for new parts, because the really know the minor differences between the models (since they tear them apart all the time). I've been able to find some pretty specific parts at places like that.

Performance Products - I've been getting this catalog for years, not the cheapest resource but they have a pretty good selection.
The Tire Rack - Great selection of tiers - customer reviews are helpful.
DriveWire - good online catalog

Manuals & "How to" information:
The Hayes Guide - Fairly complete guide to tearing down most of your car
Clark's Garage - Amazing site with instructions for fixing almost anything that will break on a 944.

Great idea, Zod!

Clarks is about the best resource out there, if you are looking for step by step "how to'". I'd add www.rennlist.com to the list and direct people to the web forum for 944's, its the single best resource, in my opinion, for any 944 owner.

Regards,

I can't believe I forgot to include Rennlist. Tomorrow I'll drive our Ford Explorer as punishment.

I have those injectors for you scott, but the 4th is still at my house here, i will try and drop it off at the shop in the next day or two...they are in a plastic bag in my tool box if you need them. I have board review all this week, so won't be in the shop during the day until friday.

Oh and another board for you to check out (as if you need another, right?), but stephen started a forum at www.turbo911.com In the 951 section we will be posting results of Ben's car and the progress on the K26 highflow as it progresses.
