Angry Radiator problems, I think. Help me please

I have a 1985 Porsche 944 that had its engine rebuilt less than 3000 miles ago. It has supercharger installed by the previous owner that works great. However, the belt got shredded and it took me a while to figure out how to fix it. Anyway, after some time was spent getting it replaced and put all back together, I took it for a testdrive to make sure everything was fine.

And everything was fine... for about 20 minutes. The engine started to sputter and I saw steam comming out of the hood. I pulled over and turned the car to avoid damage. Luckily I was close to home, so I could just push the car back. I opened the hood and let the car cool for about half an hour, and then took a look. The steam ended up being antifreeze, and the entire engine compartment was covered with it. I ended up tracing the source to the hose coming off of the left side of the radiator that led to the engine block. It had come loose where it connected to the block. So i put it back on, tightned everything back up, and refilled the antifreeze. I turned the car and on everything seemed ok in while in neutral. I put the car into gear got, got about twenty feet out the driveway and it did it again. Same hose came undone in the same place.

I ended up doing the same fix one more time, but made sure it was extremely tight. It was so tight, I could even rip it off with my hands. But no matter, it keeps coming off.

Has anyone had this same problem?
What do you think the problem is?
How can I fix it?

Thanks for the help!

Sounds like you have a blockage somewhere, or a broken hose clamp that isn't holding under pressure.
