Hey everyone...I have an 86 944 na. I am not very mechanically inclined but want to be so I figured this is the place to learn. So..just for starters right above the shifter can anyone please tell me what the buttons are from left to right..they are worn and u cant tell. I know the first one has something to do with the sunroof but the other 2 i have no clue cause u cant push the top part of the switches in and they dont work. thanks......

 

I can't remember the order of the switches, but here are some possibilities:
Sunroof switch: With the ignition running, or turned to the furthest position, it will raise or lower the sunroof. With the ignition turned to the first accessories click, it will retract the arms of the sunroof so you can remove it.
Central Locking: Should have a red led near the top of the switch: Locks and unlocks the doors
Mirror Selector Switch: Switches between the driver's and passengers side mirrors (power)
Rear Wiper: Turns on rear wiper motor
