Greetings fellow 968 ers,

I am a first time Porsche driver. My ride is a 1992 Porsche 968 Cabriolet ... triple black.

The convertible top is showing its age but should be fine for this summer. As a winter project, I was thinking of tackling a new convertible top. I have a friend whoi is a professional upholsterer.

Is there a procedure regarding removal of existing top and replacement with new top that someone could share?
