Help!! 2004 Boxster S or 2005 Boxster

Looking to buy my first Porsche. Assuming same price, condition, mileage, etc.would you recommend the 2004 Boxster S or the redesigned base 2005 Boxster? Heard can't go wrong either way. Thoughts much appreciated.

I would always be more tempted by the "S" for the extra HP & Torque. Big Bob
