Hello new to the forum here so any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a '99 boxster and today I put the top down and now it will not go back up?!?! The ebrake is engaged but the PARK light does not come on the dash. . I assume this is part of the problem. I read in a previous article about an e-brake microchip that could be causing a similar problem. Once again I thank you for any help!

It isn't horrible, but it does involve removing the center console piece.
