hey guys,my car isabout to reach the mileage to get oil change, which oil do u recommendate? my car is porsche boxsters, thanks...

I have a question on oil. I see that you say 0w40 is this good even in hot weather all the time. I just got me a2000 Porsche Boxster 3.2 6 speed and I plan on a good service on it and I want to make sure I put correct oil in it.. Also what do you recommend for Spark Plugs. it has 30,000. miles on it. I am pretty much mechanically incline so I will do it my self "I THINK"
