Being the state I am in requires a front plate displayed, I am going to be forced to put the bracket on (the black sideways "H" looking thing) and was wondering if there are additional parts that are needed? The service manual has an exploded view, but does not list the components separately. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm sure its just a matter of time before Johnny Law give me a ticket for it.

i'm guessing your driving a 944 "the black sidways h looking thing" I take it you are talking about the bracket? Anyways all you need are some long enough screws.

 

You will need the plastic nuts that snap into the bumper, the screws, and the bracket.
