I just purchased a 2005 Cayenne S. I have an issue with the Navigation. Every once in a while I receive an message to insert the Navigation disk, which is already inserted. I take the disk out and put it back in and sometimes it works and sometimes I have to go through the steps 2 or 3 times before it works. I checked the Disk to make sure that there are no scratches or obvious defects (there are none) I also pulled the disk and looked at the files on my computer to make sure that it was readable (it was).

Any help is apreciated.

I had similar problem....took disk out and clean it several times with a dvd cleaning fluid and have not had the problem since.
