Default 957 turbo power kit
I have recently been given a quotation of 17,000 USD to install a powerkit of additional 40 BHP for my 20099 cayenne turbo by the local Porsche dealer.

Any comments?

That seems like a little much... You should get some other quotes before going with this one.

Thanx for the tip but unfortunatly I will lose the warranty as they are the inly dealer in Lebanon

Turbo Power kit is quite essential to be in a car as it provides internal energy to the car to bear external pressure. Therefore it is a common recommendation to have it in your car.

I think most will say that the acceleration is more than adequate.
