Default coolant issue

I have a 2004 Porsche cayenne S. My temp gauge is a bit 2 the right. when at high speeds it moves back to middle. The car also smells like coolant but no leak. About 2 months ago my coolant level light turned on, i mistakenly added prestone all vehicles coolant. The coolant level seems to go down a bit every week. I add about a quart of porsche coolant every 2 weeks since then. What should i do? the car is not overheating

thanks

It may not be overheating but its giving every sign that it is leaking slowly. It could be something as simple as a poor pressure cap on the system . . . or worse.

I'd do the obvious: open the hood, look closely for leaks, but frankly, take it to a shop and have them do the diagnosis.

Problems like this never fix themselves and tend to get worse slowly until the moment they just let go entirely.
