Default Liquid leaked onto lithium battery housing on my 2015 Cayenne S E-Hybrid

Hi everyone - I’m new to the forum. As noted in the title, I have a 2015 S E-Hybrid. The lithium battery is under a removable upholstered panel in the rear cargo area. I just got home from a Target run to find that a brand new bottle of fabric softener cracked open and leaked all over the rear cargo space. I pulled up the panel and cleaned up what I could but then noticed that the fabric softener was literally running out of the bottom of the car. Does anyone know how waterproof the lithium battery is? About half the bottle leaked. I have a message into the service department at the local dealer and am waiting to hear back, but was curious if there are any experts on her who might know if I should worry if the battery has been damaged. Thanks so much!
