Default Purchasing the Cayenne Turbo S

I've compared the ML 63 AMG & the Cayenne Turbo S, and both are incredible vehicles. Right now if i had to choose between these two, i would definitley pick the Turbo S.

But im having second thoughts. Everyone i speak to has SOME KIND of problem with their Cayenne. The V6, S, Turbo, Turbo S, all seem to have some kind of issue.

Now if you had to buy one of these two vehicles, which would it be and why?

I think the Turbo S is AMAZING, but buying a vehicle thats gonna have problems is pointless. Taking it to service over and over again is going to be a huge hassle.

Now im not sure if the ML 63 AMG has too many problems or not, so any suggestions would be great.

peace!!

Probably too late....but here it goes. You can read my other posts. I previously owned a 2001 BMW X5. Great car, great handling, good in snow, but very limited offroad capabilities and little towing capacity. Of course, this will not matter to most SUV owners. Having said this, there is no comparison to the BMW X5. The Cayenne Turbo is simply superior in every way. I suspect the Turbo S will set an even higher performance standard. However, if you don't need the "utility" of this vehicle I would also consider the Audi Q7. I think most people who buy the Cayenne turbo don't realize that part of its high cost is related to the technology related to BOTH road and offroad functions. Unless you plan to go offroad, you really don't need the adjustable ride height...although setting it in the 2nd to lowest setting does make the car handle significantly better.
I have had no regrets!!!

I had a Cayenne s for 3 years with no problems at all. we use it to pull our car trailer transporting our porsches around usually in convoy,so wanted the tow car to match..
after 3 years and many trouble free miles we desided last year to up-grade it to a Cayenne Turbo....only to find Porsche refused to do us a Cayenne in RED [:@] so we won't be buying another.... i was so annoyed i also cancelled my order for a new Cayman s and for the first time in 7 years with 6 new porsches (several more 2nd hand) we have a car on our drive which isn't a porsche, we won't be buying another Brand new porsche.

Customer Service can be improved both on sales and servie side.
Please share any experience handling any issues with your car to
benefit all. If we keep quiet, we let Porsche attempt to boss their
customersaround with arrogance.

How important is customer service to you?
Please check your closest 2 dealers as you
will need to live whatever service or treatment
you receive. In many some places, owning
Porsche does grant you any better service
than average make, but to high prices.
