I own a porsche Cayenne Turbo 2004, i had an oil change on friday, car drove fine till satuday, then whenever the car is in automatic mode, if i press the accelerator, the gear change is harsh and hard or there is no upshift at all, i have to manually use the tiptronic to upshift. what could be wrong?

 

Did they change the tranny fluid too?

 

The work order says they topped off all FLUIDS.. so I don't know if that includes the tranny fluid or not.. will check tomrorow when theyre open..

problem is.. upshift is ok if i'm just driving normal - like just gradually driving on normal days commute, but if I floor it (accelerator), it doesn't upshift at all.. so I just have to manually upshift using the tiptronic control to get to the next gear.

please advise..
