I'm celebrating!! Turned in my 87 944NA and bought a Cayman S. It's going to be a while before I come down from being so giddy about this car. Of course it decided to rain a ton on the way home from the dealership, but I chamoised it off and it's resting happily in the garage. Now, down to the question: My wife's Boxter has an Alpine stereo and ipod adapter so we can use it with her car. After perusing the manual on the CDR 24 stereo that came with my car, I can't see how it might be possible to install an ipod input adapter (other than an FM converter stuck in the CD). The FMthings don't work real well and the sound quality isn't very good compared to a direct connected ipod adapter. Any thoughts from anyone who has found an answer to this on their car?
