I should not have done it. But I took my 'vette out today on the US Highway (not the big interstate, just the four lane US road) near here. No traffic. The supercharger has been repaired/upgraded. It has staged methonal injection now as the HP crosses over about 700, to cool the intake charge (and give it a bit more fuel). There is a three mile stretch I know is straight, no entrances or exits. I did the once over at legal speeds and then on returning the other way, I nailed it. I hit an indicated 192 in slightly less than one mile before I felt I should shut it donw.

be careful. i work at a GM dealer, brand new Z06 came in and the guy stated "I was going about 90, or so, and it just flew off"

dont know if you can tell from the pic because i took it on my cell phone, but the roof ripped in half.
