the last couple of days i have been driving my 83 944, after about 3-5 mins of driving it, starts to jerk and stumble to the point where i have to press in the clutch and rev it up, after a couple of revs it goes away, then it cools down and i go through the same event all over again. it only does it with in that time frame, once you rev it up you can drive it all day with noproblems, you guys have any ideas?

 

Sounds like a bad TPS.

You can unplug the TPS completely and drive around and see if that problem goes away. If it does, then you know that is your problem.
