During its short two year life span, only 3687 cars were built – a tiny amount compared to nearly 58,000 911SCs and 76,500 3.2 Carreras produced. Of these 2564 were coupes and only 1123 produced in Targa format, and only a very small number were manufactured in RHD.
To find out how many RHD versions were built, I would think only Porsche themselves would be able to help you with this question. You should write a letter to them.
I hope this helps, Kev.

Thank you Kevin ,
I know the information you gave is correct , I have been searching and reading up on this for quite some time now .
I have emaild Porsche , but I guess { Understandably } They are in the business of making money and not interested in petty requests .
No reply to date .
I know more about Porsche than I do about my wife at this stage .
But I just can't seem to pin down a definitive answer to the question I posted .

Don't e-mail them, write a letter the old way, with pen and paper. Included a S.A.E. with the letter and I'll sure they'll reply.
My Porsche is a limited edition colour/trim and I'm sure one of my fellow limited edition owners that I was talking to at a Porsche show said he found out that there were only eight made by writing to Porsche themselves.
It'll only cost you the price of the envolopes and stamps.
Good luck, Kev.
(P.S. Why not start a thread on here with some pic's of your Porsche? I'd love to see some full view pic's of it.)

Thanks again Kevin,
Will try that .
Also ,
Uploaded three photos , not great quality , and only allowed 3 pics , And I'm not sure where they have gone .
The album title should be Porsche Carrera 3 .
I may have botched it .
I am older than the car , so this internet lark is a bit of a challenge sometimes .

Yeah, I know some people have technophobia when it comes to computers, but you've uploaded your pictures fine, William.
