Default Poor Quality

I'm a fairly new 911 owner (2010 911S PDK Convertible). I've owned many other German and European performance cars and must say that while I'm pleased with the performance, the quality and customer service experience has NOT been good.

The convertible top already looks awful, like it is 10 years old, and I've been waiting over a month to get a response on whether they would cover it. It is either due to poor material or poor design. Either way, I've never experienced it with ANY other cars, particularly in this price range. I've also had tons of issues with cheap trim, parts falling off door, software bugs, etc etc. The CS department is clearly not paying attention. I even sent an email to the CS department for merchandise and it bounced as a dead email. The CS phone # asked me to leave a message and then dropped.

They seem to just not to care, does anyone have any similar experience and/or suggestions?

Porsches I owned were all very well built, durable, and dealer service was first rate, and the customer service was always first rate.
