I've got a 1981 ser2 924 turbo ROW in Australia. The turbo never reaches its full revs in any gear. The power cuts out when pushed. Full throttle the power goes to about 3500 then the turbo cuts out with a jolt. Most annoying when trying to pass cars. Any ideas would be welcome.
