Hey there again...While doin my usual weekend routine of wasting time under my '74 911I noticed that on my sway bar the rubber socket for the ball-jointconnection had been missing.The opposite side rubber bushingshows wear as well. Performance magazine shows only the available part fora 944 and other similar front engined Porsches. The peice that I need is about an inch in diameter. I can't imagine it being very different from the 944 piece. I've tried other Volkswagen parts stores, but apparently the part is no longer made in their factories. Anyone experience thesame dilemma or can help me out?...Thanks in advance.

 

Looks like it is a dealer only item. Will probably have to come from Germany, so plan on about a week.
