Greetings from a newbie
Hello from Chicago.....I am finally joining the Porsche family, I'll be buying a CaymanS tomorrow and I cannot wait. I have been a Porsche fan for a long time.
I took the Porsche Sport Driving school in Alabama ( Barber) thisspring and I fell in love with everything Porsche.
I currently own a 2006 M-B SLK55 AMG, A 2005 Subaru WRX Wagon (Stage II upgrade) and I'll be taking delivery of a 2008 VW R32 in 3 weeks, more importantly a CaymanS is about 16 hours away!.
I look forward to learning more from all of the members!!!

Thanks! I did the one day school back in March, it was by far the best manufaturer sponsored school I have ever been to. The group sizes were very small, I think the average was about 6 students per instructor, there was a lot of time on the track and in the various skills sections. I went with my girlfriend (actually it was my Christmas gift to her, she's also a car nut) and she had a great time as well. The facility was incredible, and the track was beautiful. I cannnot recommend it enough.
welcome to the forum, yah i've been to barber before, i've done 4 track day on that track on my gsxr 750 love it. want to try it in my 02 carrea but it cost more than my bike.maybe next yaer i'll make the jump!!!!
