Default Hello all

Hi, just wanted to say hi. I am a new member to this site. I have a 2000 Boxster with 21,000 miles on it and I just love it. I have had it for 2 years and only drive it 6 months out of the year. We live in northern Illinoise and the weather does not lend itself to drivinga sports car in the winter.
I am thinking about installing a new mufler to improve the sound and also give me a little more horsepower. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Wally

if you want to enhance the sound of your porsche help it breath better. First replace the stock air intake so there is more air flowing through the motor which in return will make it louder, and then you can gut your catalytic converter, which will cost you nothing if you do it yourself, but it's really easy and it will help the air flow on the exhaust side.
