Smile Not a newbee, but an oldbee

Hi all, my names Kev. I've not been on this forum for years now, so I'm not a newbee, but I thought it was time to re-introduce myself.

I'm actually a moderator. i own a Porsche 944 S2 and live in the U.K.

My Porsche is off the road at the momment with a f**ked engine. But I have a new engine to fit.

I'll get some pic's posted later.

Wow. How are you doing? I never expected to hear from you again.

I come to this forum only very occasionally now. I haven't owned a Porsche for quite some time - had an Aston for a while (maybe the best car I've ever owned) and now added a Ferrari F430 (definately the best sports car I've ever owned, by a wide, wide margin). But I have a Volt (Ampera where you live) and it is just a fantastic daily driver - think an absolutely silent Audi A4 and you have the basics.

This site has really deteriorated into next to nothing since Porschedoc left.

Hope you get your car back on the road.

Hi Lee, I hope you're well.
Yeah, didn't think I'd be back myself. (I got a little bored yesterday & thought I'd have another look on here.)
You're right about the site going downhill. I had to delete a load of spammers yesterday.
i don't know how long I'll stick around for...let's see.

Can't get motivated to fix my Porsche at the momment as money is tight at the mo' and once it's fixed it'll just stay in my garage as I can't afford the insurance / fuel / tax costs.

Nice to hear from you, all the best, kev.

I'm glad your back, and I think with a bit of maintenance and enthusaism this forum could be good again. I myself check in infrequently - have not owned a Porsche for years - but I'll make a point to stop by more.

Nice to hear that, Lee.

You may not have a Porsche anymore, but you do have some very interesting motors. Why not get some pic's of them on here?

All the best, Kev.
