I stumbled across this forum today and I'm anxious to become a contributing member.
I am coming up on my 63rd birthday, and currently between Porsche's
Like most of you, I dreamed of Porsche’s in one form or another all my life.
After owning sports cars most of my life; everything from a MK II AC cobra to Sunbeam Tiger, to 280Z’s, 1964 GTO, IROCZ Camero, yada, yada, yada.
My last car was a Porsche Cayman S which I bought new pretty well equipped, drove 22K miles in two years, added a few performance modifications and sold the car four months ago.
I am now in the process of saving for my next Porsche; a 2006-7 Carrera S Cabriolet. This is the car I have been dreaming about forever and the one I hope to keep into retirement.
I am also a retired U.S. Marine and currently manage 40 Server and Desktop Analysts for the city of San Diego.
