Seeking out for PIWIS3 Coder in DFW

I am in look of a PIWIS3 coder within the DFW area who can offer assistance me with a straightforward arrangement. Particularly, I would just like the light bar between my 3 raise tail lights to be continuously on when the DRL parcel is on amid daytime running. Any other suggestions for setups are welcome as well. I am willing to pay for this benefit as I don't have the want to buy the program and learn it myself.
